Sharni Vinson
Born in NSW, Australia, Sharni Vinson grew up in Sydney's southern suburb of Cronulla. In her teens the swimmer competed on a National Level for swimming and was a part of four State Records during high school. Sharni was able to sing, dance and acting from a young stage, and was the youngest generation of performers within her family. She was raised by performers from the musical theatre in addition to her mother receiving a Borovansky Ballet Company scholarship to England in 1945. Sharni attended the Brent Street School of Performing Arts Sydney in the year she turned 12 years old. For the next ten months, Sharni was trained to perform in a variety of styles of dancing. In the year 17 when she graduated from high school Sharni got signed to Roadshow Music Australia as a participant in the all-girl pop group "Foxfire IV" The group's debut single "Roses," reached the top 50 in the Australia's ARIA charts.
